1. What are you responsible for?

I am a member of the Abudawood Pakistan Lead Team. As such I am responsible for Sales Operations, Sales Development and Business Development. Some examples of my specific responsibilities are: manage customer information, budgets, and initiatives; analyse and plan channel strategy, initiatives and pricing; and develop and present customized strategic business plans to salespeople and customers.

2. What do you like most about working at Abudawood?

In short, work here is FUN! I like the fact that Abudawood gives me the freedom to try new things and ideas. Employees are empowered and encouraged to challenge the status quo - to make changes that are good for business. The combination of our company culture, which promotes out of the box thinking, and our fast paced work environment, exerts positive pressures while emphasizing a balanced life style.

3. How do you personally 'go for gold' at Abudawood?

I ensure that I am personally involved in my function and team on a day-to-day basis. I lead by example and constant coaching to improve and develop my team. Attaining the gold standard for me is the complete ownership of my job responsibilities and more. The aim is to work towards establishing a department which is best in class, dynamic and that always sets the bar high!
