1. What are you responsible for?

Currently I am responsible for the implementation of a module in our Enterprise Resource Planning system in Saudi Arabia. I am accountable for planning, collecting, testing, and communicating the required data; and for building and conducting end-user training and super-user training plans nationally. I work closely with external consultants to test, execute and verify the stability of the new system and its ability to meet business needs.

2. What do you like most about working at Abudawood?

I am the first female to join the company. Abudawood places me in challenging roles as a pioneer and enables me to open the door for other qualified women. It provides me with the right tools and encouragement to develop myself to my fullest potential, charges me to learn to think differently and acquire new skills, and supports me as I apply new knowledge and skills to my work.

3. How do you personally 'go for gold' at Abudawood?

Believing that the sky is my limit, I invest time and effort in developing myself, reading and learning from others and my own mistakes. I participate in good professional development programs, actively share in formal and informal learning activities with my colleagues and I apply what I learn to my work.
