1. What are you responsible for?
I am responsible for managing distribution operations. To ensure optimal levels of service at optimal cost, I plan, strategize, execute and analyze our business, keeping the company’s long and short term goals in perspective. I also lead the development of field team capabilities with the support of Corporate Learning and Development.
