I create and develop the customer service function. I work cross-functionally to achieve high service levels with our clients, through measuring and monitoring, root cause analysis and problem solving, scorecarding and joint improvement projects.
As a female, I have encountered diversity and equal opportunities first hand; I am given the same respect and trust as everyone.
