1. What are you responsible for?

I support the development and deployment of employee learning plans internationally. Typically, I organize formal learning sessions, maintain learning records, and analyze and report on learning progress.

2. What do you like most about working at Abudawood?

Abudawood challenges me to develop world-class skills and attitudes by continuously learning and applying new, relevant knowledge. I am constantly challenged to perform my responsibilities at the highest level – the 'Gold Standard'. Every day I get to enjoy learning, growing and coaching!

3. How do you personally 'go for gold' at Abudawood?

I focus on being disciplined in how I think and what I do. I seek to be passionate about everything I am involved in. I strive hard to be the best I can be. I make a daily practice of not leaving work until at least one important thing is done. I make a habit of seeking out a coach to help me improve. I ensure that what I do adds value, not just to the organization as a whole, but also to at least one other individual directly.
