Capabilities

Abudawood is heavily invested in our people, and education is central to that investment.

We believe in the power of knowledge and look for well-educated people. Although we prefer to hire people with secondary or post-secondary degrees, your degree, discipline and the school you attended matter less than how you acquired your knowledge and how well you learned it.

We don't need people to have a lot of experience or a specific kind of experience. We want to know how you have made the most of your experiences. Whether your experience comes from work, school or extracurricular activity, you should demonstrate that you have learned something, made a positive contribution, and led or supported others in growing results.
