The company compensates employees on the basis of merit (as opposed to degrees of seniority). Company policy is to pay employees competitively for the markets, disciplines and levels in which they work. All jobs have a defined range of compensation, which may contain a combination of base salary plus a potential bonus. The level of earnings within the range depends on the level of employee performance over time, as does the degree of increase in salary from time to time.
The company also supplies employees with other benefits that vary depending on the market in which they are employed, the type and level of job, and the level of performance. These include potential residence expense supplements, education reimbursements, and health or medical benefits.
